Is your child craving for something sweet? Make her this delectable Sweet Vermicelli. This is rich in carbohydrates from the seviyan, as well as protein and calcium from the milk.

1 tablespoon ghee, 1 cup of broken seviyan (vermicelli), 2 cups of milk, ¼ cup sugar, ½ teaspoon cardamom powder, 10-12 raisins, 10-12 sliced almonds
Steps to make Sweet Vermicelli:
1. Heat a pan and add 1 tbsp ghee. Once melted, add seviyan and roast till golden.
2. Add almonds and raisins and stir.
3. Lower the flame and add milk. Continue to stir for 2 to 3 minutes.
4. Add ¼ cup of sugar and cardamom powder, and keep stirring the mixture.
5. Once the mixture has thickened and the seviyan has absorbed all the milk, remove from flame and serve.
