You can make tasty, colourful and healthier pizza using wheat flour, which has good amount of carbohydrates. Topped with veggies like red bell pepper, onion and tomato, which has vital vitamin and minerals, and protein stuff like paneer and cheese, you can prepare tandoori pizza. This is an excellent evening snack or meal time food which tastes awesome.

1 cup wheat flour, 1 tsp yeast, 1 tbsp yoghurt, 2 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp ajwain, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, 1 diced red bell pepper, 1 diced tomato deseeded, 4 to 5 tomatoes, 3-5 garlic cloves, 3-5 sprigs of coriander leaves, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp chaat masala, 4-5 paneer cubes, ½ cup shredded cheese, 1 diced onion, water as required, salt as required
1. In a mixing bowl, add wheat flour, 1 tsp olive oil, yoghurt, ajwain, sugar, salt. Mix well.
2. Take a bowl and add 3 tsp warm water. Add the yeast and allow it to rest for 5 minutes.
3. Add the yeast mixture to the flour and knead to make a soft dough adding water as needed.
4. Cover the dough with a muslin cloth and keep in a warm area for an hour.
5. In a vessel, boil water. Make slits on the tomatoes and put them in the boiling water. Simmer for 10 minutes.
6. Once cool, remove the peel from the tomatoes and roughly chop the tomatoes.
7. In a kadai, add oil. Add minced garlic and saute for 2 minutes. Add the tomato pulp, lemon juice, coriander powder, chaat masala, coriander leaves and salt. Give a good mix. The tomato gravy is ready.
8. Take one ball from the dough and roll it into a big circle(size of a roti).
9. Pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees. In a greased baking tray, keep the rolled dough. Spread the tomato mixture evenly.
10. Decorate the pizza with toppings like onion, tomato(deseeded), red bell pepper and paneer cubes. Finally, add the shredded cheese.
11. Bake the pizza for 20- 25 minutes or till the cheese begins to melt.
Delicious and tasty Tandoori Pizza is ready to relish. Enjoy the pizza as a perfect evening snack or as lunch/dinner meal.
