You can prepare assorted crisp veggies in a tangy sauce. The taste of this dish is fantastic. Many veggies, which have vital vitamins and minerals are used in this recipe and are tossed in soy sauce, apple cider and tomato sauce. The sauces are flavoured with ginger, garlic and black pepper. The sauces also have good amount of vitamin and minerals while apple cider has the mineral potassium. All in all, tangy garden is a dish which has adequate vitamin and minerals.

Contents
1 carrot, 2-3 french beans, 3-4 cauliflower florets, 3-4 button mushrooms, ½ bell pepper, ½ onion, 1-2 celery, 1 inch ginger, 3-4 garlic cloves, ½ tsp sugar, 2 tsp oil, ½ tsp black pepper, 2 tsp water, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp tomato sauce, 1 tsp apple cider, 1 tsp corn starch, salt as required
1. Cut all the veggies length wise except celery and onion.
2. In a bowl, add tomato and soya sauce, apple cider. In another bowl add water and corn starch. Give both the mixtures a good mix.
3. Finely chop the ginger, garlic cloves, onion and celery.
4. In a wok, add oil. Once oil is warm, add the ginger and garlic cloves. Saute for 2 minutes.
5. Add the finely chopped celery and onion. Saute for 2 minutes on high flame.
6. Add all the veggies and stir fry for 5 minutes. Add the sauce and corn starch mixture and give a good toss.
7. Add the black pepper, salt and sugar. Give a mix and switch off the flame. Garnish with celery on top.
Tasty and nutritious tangy garden is ready to be relished. Enjoy!
