You must be bored of omelets. Give a twist to the egg-meals. Make this easy recipe, which can be ideal. Eggs contain high biological value protein, as they are rich sources of selenium, Vitamin B6, and Vitamin B12.

Wheat flour -60gms, tomato -50gms, eggs- 2, oregano, cheese -50gms, salt to taste, pepper to taste
1. Knead the wheat flour into a dough. Roll into round shaped roti cook on both sides and cook it.
2. In a bowl add eggs beat them well and make an omelet.
3. Place the cooked roti on a plate add omelet add tomatoes
4. Sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper to taste and cheese and roll it.
Serve this yummy egg roll!
