Tasty Fenugreek Leaves Parantha

Apart from the regular dishes there are some interesting recipes which can be tried at home to feed growing kids. You can prepare yummy Fenugreek leaves Paranthas which are very nutritious. The items required are wheat flour 2 cups, fenugreek leaves, turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt.

    Steps:

    1. The first step is to mix flour, chopped fenugreek leaves, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt to taste, 2 tablespoon of curd and 1 tbsp of oil. Stir this mixture in a large bowl to create dough.

    2. You need to add water so as to create soft dough.

    3. You now have to take small dough pieces and roll paranthas using a rolling pin. Heat the pan and add oil to it.

    4. Place the rolled paranthas onto the pan and cook them until they acquire a golden colour.

    You can serve these fenugreek paranthas with curd. Try this dish today!
