Hot and tasty potato rolls can be made using potatoes, carrot and onion. Potatoes are rich in carbohydrates while carrot and onion have the vital vitamin and minerals. Wheat flour is used as the base for the potato rolls. The rolls are flavoured with salt and coriander leaves and tastes amazing-- something your you will fully love!

1.5 cup wheat flour, 2 tsp wheat flour, 2 cups boiled potato, ¼ cup grated carrot, ¼ cup finely chopped onion, ¼ cup coriander leaves, salt as per taste, 1 cup water, 2 tsp oil, oil for frying
1. In a vessel, add the wheat flour, salt and enough water to knead the flour into a dough. Add 1 tsp oil on top of the dough and spread on the dough evenly. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
2. In a pan, add one tsp oil. Add the onion. Saute for 2 minutes. Add the grated carrot and saute for another 2 minutes.
3. Add the mashed potato, coriander leaves and salt. Mix well. The stuffing for the roll is ready. Allow it to cool for 10 mins.
4. Take a ball size dough. Roll and flatten into poori size.
5. Put 1 tbsp mixture on one half side and cover the stuffing with the other half side of the rolled dough.
6. Cut the elongated stuffed dough into 1 inch pieces.
7. In a kadai, add oil and switch on the flame. Take a plate and add 2 tsp wheat flour. Dip the cut potato rolls on the wheat flour and seal the edges.
8. Fry the potato rolls in the oil on medium flame till they turn a golden colour and crisp.
Tasty Potato rolls are ready to be relished. Serve them with tomato ketchup or let him have just like that!
