Semiya and rava are a good source of carbohydrates. Using these two ingredients, you can make healthy tasty steamed semiya katori for an evening snack. Garnish this semiya katori with a dip made from curd, carrot and coconut.

1 cup semiya, ½ cup rava, 3 tsp curd, 1 tsp channa dal, 1 tsp oil, ¼ cup grated carrot, 1 tbsp coconut/ ½ cup water
1. In a pan, dry roast semiya for 3-5 minutes and keep aside.
2. In the same pan, dry roast rava for 3-4 mins.
3. In a bowl, add the roasted rava and semiya. Sprinkle water little by little to wet the mixture.
4. In a small bowl, put the rava semiya mixture. In a pressure pan, put little water. Place the bowl in the steamer and steam for 10 minutes. Remove and cool.
5. In a pan, put oil. Add urad and channa dal. Saute for 2 minutes.
6. Add the grated carrot and coconut and saute for another 2 minutes.
7. In a small bowl, take curd. Mix the carrot coconut mixture in the curd.
8. Add the curd topping on top of the semiya katori.
Tasty Steamed Semiya Katori is ready to enjoy!
