Tempting Veggie Toast Pizza

Treat everyone with amazing homemade pizza, including the goodness of exotic veggies. It will also boost your Vitamin A and Sodium levels.

Ingredients:

Hot dog bun – 2 pieces, Red capsicum - 8-10 long thin pieces, Green capsicum - 8- 10 long thin pieces, Yellow capsicum - 8-10 long thin pieces, Tomato ketchup – 2-3 tbsp, Mayonnaise – 2-3 tbsp (optional), Corn – fistful, Tomato- 8-10 long thin pieces, Mozzarella cheese – 1 cup (grated), Italian herb- to sprinkle, Paprika- to sprinkle(optional)

Steps:

1. Cut the top brown layer of the bun and make an even surface for topping.

2. Top a layer of tomato ketchup over the bun.

3. Now add a thin layer of mayonnaise over it.

4. Spread the shredded mozzarella cheese, making it a thick layer.

5. Now spread a layer of red, yellow and green capsicum evenly.

6. Then add a few more pieces of tomato and some corn on the top.

7. Finally sprinkle Italian herbs and paprika.

8. Now keep it in microwave (on the microwave option) for 3-4 minutes, constantly keeping a check over it.
