Want something unique for snacking? Then zucchini and parmesan cheese are a match made in heaven. They are incredibly tasty and unlike French fries, they are not unhealthy. Plus, it can be used as a side-dish for your meals as well.

Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 180 C. place quartered zucchini pieces in a bowl. Mix it with parmesan, dried thyme, oregano, garlic powder, ground black pepper, salt and dried basil.
2. Place this zucchini on baking try and drizzle with olive oil. Add some more mixture of parmesan and bake it till tender for about 15 minutes.
3. Broil for 2-3 mins till golden brown. Once done, spread it on a plate or like French fries.
Serve this one with sauce! Try it as a side dish for chicken recipes as well.
