Tofu Sprouts Stir Fry

Tofu is a good source of protein and contains all eight essential amino acids. It is also an excellent source of iron and calcium. Tofu can be used as a substitute for paneer for those who cannot tolerate milk, or vegan families.

    Ingredients to make Tofu Sprouts Stir Fry:

    Tofu cubes, green moong sprouts, water, salt, pepper, tomato, lime juice

    Steps to make Tofu Sprouts Stir Fry:

    1. Dice the tofu in small cubes. Saute in a non stick pan till it is light golden.

    2. In a pressure cooker, add green moong sprouts and cook for 5-7 minutes.

    3. Mix the tofu and sprouts together in a bowl.

    4. Add chopped raw tomato , salt, pepper and lime juice.

    Serve as a snack!
