Do you like to make something different for dinner? Cook this colorful and nutritious Tricolor Sabzi! Capsicums are an excellent source of Vitamin C, Vitamin A, and essential minerals, such as potassium.



    Ingredients to make Tricolor Sabzi:

    1 teaspoon Vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon mustard seeds, 3 Capsicums (tricolour) diced into cubes, 1 Onion diced, Few curry leaves, salt to taste, 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds, 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste, water as required

    Steps to make Tricolor Sabzi:

    1. Heat oil and add mustard seed. Once they splutter add onions, cumin and ginger-garlic paste.

    2. Once onions turn translucent, add capsicum, curry leaves, salt and stir-fry for 5 minutes.

    3. Add a little water and cook on medium heat till capsicums are cooked. Serve hot with roti.
