This wrap is not only delicious but also very nutritious as it is made using fresh vegetables, which are a rich source of Vitamin C, Vitamin A, folate, dietary fibre, potassium, etc.

Ingredients: 4 whole wheat rotis, 1 carrot shredded, 1 onion thinly sliced, 1 tomato thinly sliced, lettuce, 1 green chilli chopped, ¼ cup cream cheese, 1-2 garlic cloves chopped, lemon juice, pepper powder, ½ tsp mustard powder, salt, olive oil.
Steps:
1. Mix the sliced and chopped vegetables with the cheese, garlic, lemon juice, pepper powder, mustard powder, salt and 2 drops of olive oil. Your filling is ready.
2. Place the lettuce on the rotis, spread the filling and roll the roti into a wrap.
