Vegetable Stuffed Chicken Lollipop is highly rich in protein and is super awesome as a snack, which your kiddo would completely devour.

12 chicken lollipop pieces, 4 potatoes boiled, 1 carrot diced small, ½ cup peas, 1 tsp red chilli powder, salt and pepper to taste
1. Heat a saucepan with oil and sauté the vegetables except for the potatoes.
2. Once the vegetables are cooked, add all the spice powders and give it a toss. Season it with salt and pepper. Cover and cook it for 2 more minutes.
3. Add these sautéed vegetables to the boiled potatoes and give it a nice mash using a potato masher and bind all the ingredients into a paste.
4. Add the mash inside the small chicken balls made from the boiled chicken pieces.
5. Cook the chicken lollipops till they are golden brown and charred evenly.
Serve the Vegetable Stuffed Chicken Lollipop Recipe as a party appetizer during a Sunday lunch to your little one.
