You need to surprise with something interesting and tasty so that you maintain a proper diet chart. Vegetarian Spaghetti is an unusual dish which will be happily savored by everyone. The prime ingredient is spaghetti pasta which offers carbohydrates, iron and sodium. On the other hand, tomatoes are also present in the recipe which offers vitamin C, Vitamin A and Vitamin B-6. You can offer this dish during lunch or dinner.

Ingredients: 1 packet spaghetti, 1 cup chopped onion, ½ cup chopped celery, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 3 tbsp canola oil, 1 jar meatless spaghetti sauce, 1 can beans, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 tbsp sugar, ½ tbsp salt, ½ tbsp dried oregano, 1 bay leaf, ¼ grated Parmesan cheese.
Steps:
1. You need to first cook the spaghetti according to the directions offered on the packet.
2. Meanwhile, take a large skillet and add onion, garlic powder and celery in oil until it grows tender.
3. Now, the next step is to add beans, spaghetti sauce, tomatoes, beans, salt, sugar, bay leaf and oregano.
4. Bring the content to boil and simmer for 10 min. Take out the bay leaf and drain the spaghetti.
A spectacular dish, which should be tried today!
