This filling is rich in vitamins, calcium, and protein. It can be had for breakfast or snacks, and it is loaded with essential vitamins and calcium. You can also have it as lunch if you want to have less spicy and healthy food in the workspace.

½ chopped onion, ½ chopped carrot, ¼ cup chopped baby spinach, 1 slice cheese, salt as per taste, 1 spoon pepper, 2 spoon mayonnaise
1. Place bread in a plate. Then put the cheese slice on it.
2. Mix the veggies with mayonnaise, salt and pepper in a bowl.
3. Spread the mixed veggies on the bread and place the other slice of bread on that and serve it.
Sandwich filling is ready for you to relish!
