Treat your kid’s tummy with this wholesome diet full of vitamins. Carrot and mango add vitamin A while the orange gives this smoothie vitamin C and a burst of flavor. Your baby will slurp away this smoothie happily when blended into a creamy consistency.

2 small carrots, 2 cup mango cubes, 1 large orange juice, ½ cup yogurt
1. Firstly place carrots in juicer and take out its juice.
2. Combine the carrot juice, mango cubes, orange, yogurt in a blender.
3. Place the lid on and blend until smooth and desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately.
This nutritious and delicious smoothie is great for soothing sore gums from teething. You can freeze it and make ice pops too.
