    Ingredients to make Vitamin Packed Patty:

    Bread crumbs, potato, carrot, onion, oil, turmeric powder, green peas, ginger-garlic paste

    Steps to make Vitamin Packed Patty:

    1. Wash and clean all vegetables.

    2. Cut into small pieces and cook in a pressure cooker with turmeric,ginger garlic paste for 10 minutes.

    3. Cool the vegetables and mash them. Mix with breadcrumbs.

    4. Add salt and pepper to taste, and a pinch of ginger powder.

    5. Make small round cutlets.

    6. Heat oil in a pan and fry the cutlets till golden brown.

    Serve hot.
