    Ingredients to make Vitamin Power Rice:

    Basmati rice – 3/4 cup cooked, Carrot – 2 small finely chopped, Beans – 2 finely chopped, Cabbage – 1/4 cup, Onion – 1/8 cup, Spring onions– 1 tbsp finely chopped, Garlic – 1/2 tbsp finely chopped, Capsicum – 2 tbsp chopped finely, Soya sauce – ½ tsp, Oil – 1.5 tbsp, Salt – to taste

    Steps to make Vitamin Power Rice:

    1. Heat oil, add garlic and spring onions, fry till it starts browning.

    2. Add onions and fry till golden brown, then add carrots, beans, capsicum and cabbage and saute for 3-4 minutes. Add soya sauce and salt. Sauté for a few minutes till the veggies are well cooked.

    3. Add the cooked rice and mix well. Fry for a couple of minutes and serve.
