Besides water, watermelons are a great source of Vitamin A, Vitamin C, potassium, carbohydrates and magnesium. Watermelon Agua Fresca is a Mexican drink that can easily be prepared at home in no time. It is extremely refreshing and a delight to the taste buds.

Ingredients: 4-5 cups deseeded and chopped watermelon, 2 cups of water, ½ inch chopped ginger, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, mint leaves for garnishing, sugar.
Steps:
1. Put the chopped watermelon, water, chopped ginger, lemon juice and sugar into a mixer jar and blend all the ingredients well.
2. Pour out the juice into a strainer and remove the pulp from the juice.
3. Pour the juice into tall glasses and add some ice cubes.
4. Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
