Ghee-1 tsb, white gourd-1 medium, cerelac powder milk-2 cup, safforn strands-few, cardamom powder-½ tsp and sugar-2 cup
1. Wash and grate white gourd.
2. Heat ghee in a pan and fry grated white gourd for 10 minutes on medium flame.
3. Add cerelac powder and sugar. Stir well.
4. Add water and let it boil for another 10 minutes. Add cardamom powder and stir.
5. Turn off the flame and garnish it with saffron strands.
