Avoid store-bought jams and jellies which are full of chemicals. We have for you a super simple Wood Apple Jelly recipe, loaded with fiber, vitamins, calcium, and phosphorus.

3 cups wood apple pulp, 3 cups water, 2 cups sugar
1. Heat the wood apple pulp and water in a heavy pan and bring to the boil, then simmer until liquid is reduced to half its volume. Strain.
2. In a separate pan, cook the sugar and juice, stirring, until the jelly thickens and reached the desired consistency. Pour into hot sterile jars and seal.
This Wood Apple Jelly is surely a delectable surprise!
