Yogurt & Honey Fruit Cups is a delicious dish. Yogurt is a good source of calcium. Honey is very good too. This dish is very easy to prepare. The almond extract added in the dish is a good source of protein.

Contents
4 cups cut fruits (pears, bananas, apples, grapes), ¼ teaspoon almond extract, 1 tablespoon honey, ¾ cup Yogurt
1. Divide fruit among six individual serving bowls.
2. Combine yoghurt, honey and almond extract and spoon over the fruits in the bowls.
Delicious fruit cups are ready. You can also prepare them in advance and keep them in the fridge.
