Yummy Fish Pasta has that mouth watery feeling in its name itself. It is very good for your kid. Most kids do not like fish, and thus, this is the best way to make them eat the healthy fish in pasta that they all love. It is rich in sodium, potassium, calcium and protein.

3 cups pasta, 1 boneless fish shredded, 1 carrot chopped, ½ cup grated cheddar cheese, ½ cup cream cheese, ½ cup milk, 1 tbsp granulated garlic
1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
2. Meanwhile, melt cream cheese in milk in med saucepan over low heat.
3. Add cheddar and garlic
4. Add the fish and mix well.
5. Once the pasta is cooked, drain and pour the fish mix on top.
Mix well and serve this delicious dish to your kiddo!
