Simple Yummy Green Discs recipe, is an easy way for you to finish every last bite of those greens! Broccoli is an excellent source of vitamins and minerals like vitamin C, vitamin B6, and calcium.

1 cup broccoli florets boiled/steamed, 2 potatoes boiled, 2 cups breadcrumbs, ½ cup grated cheese, salt to taste, oil for frying.
1. Mash potatoes and broccoli together. Add 3/4 cup breadcrumbs, cheese, and salt. Mix well.
2. Form small discs from the mixture. Coat each disc with the remaining breadcrumbs.
3. Heat oil and fry the discs until golden brown on both sides. Serve hot.
