Relish these Yummy Little Fish Fingers. This recipe contains a good source of omega 3 fatty acids, which help in brain development. Sesame seeds on the other hand are a good source of energy and calcium, which is needed for bone development. It also contains oats, which contain soluble fiber that aids easy digestion.

Boneless fish -100gms, sesame seeds 10gms, oats -25gms, honey -10ml, olive oil -15ml
1. In a bowl, add bonefish, sesame seeds, olive oil, and mix it thoroughly.
2. Coat these fish fillets with oats and keep it aside.
3. In a grill pan, add olive oil and place the finger fillets and cook on both the sides.
Serve these yummy fillets and relish it too!
