Yummy Murauri is made of raddish mixed with atta and made into pooris. Raddish has a good source of riboflavin, Vitamin B6, calcium, magnesium, and also has a good source of dietary fiber, folate and potassium.

Contents
1 cup atta-wheat, ½ cup radish puree, ghee for deep fry, ½ tsp butter and salt to taste
1. Steam cook the radidh cubes till tender and run them in a blender to make radish puree.
2. Take a bowl, add the atta, butter, salt and the radish puree and make dough to roll pooris
3. Rest the dough for 15 minutes.
4. Roll the dough into poori and deep fry in the ghee.
