Yummy Juicy Watery rasmalai is one of the favorite dessert dishes of everyone. Its main ingredient is milk, which is curdled to form paneer, which contains calcium, needed for bone strengthening. Saffron strands in the recipe help to fight against inflammation.

Milk -500ml, cardamom powder, sugar -60gms, rosewater -5ml, saffron strands a few, lemon juice -15ml
1. To the boiled milk, add 1 tsp of lemon juice and allow the milk to curdle.
2. Strain the curdled milk using a muslin cloth.
3. Make small balls and keep it aside.
4. In a bowl, add sugar and boil it nicely. Add cardamom powder and rose water.
5. Immerse the balls in the sugar syrup and let it soak for some time.
6. Garnish it with saffron strands.
Serve this yummy, juicy Rasmalai as an after-meal dessert.
