An apple a day, keeps the doctor away! Apples are considered to be among the world’s healthiest foods. They come in a whole range of colours and varieties and are extremely versatile when it comes to culinary use. You can cut them up and eat them or make juices or use them in salads. Apple Cider is one of the easiest recipes that you can try at home. Apple cider is nothing but apple juice, which is a rich source of antioxidants, pectin, iron, Vitamin C and flavonoids – essential nutrients that ensure overall good health.

Ingredients: Two fresh and ripe apples, 2 teaspoons of lemon juice.
Steps:
1. Clean and remove the core of the apples.
2. Cut into small pieces and make a pulp of it in a blender.
3. Take a sieve and run this pulp through it. Collect the juice in a tumbler.
4. Flavour with lemon juice.
