Bajra Wheat Porridge

Due to its rich composition of minerals and proteins, pearl millet has many health benefits. Wheat is also a good source of fiber, vitamins and minerals. Protein laden Bajra Wheat Porridge is a very simple and delicious sweet dish that is consumed all over India.

    Ingredients to make Bajra Wheat Porridge:

    Bajra flour-1 cup, wheat flour-1 cup, ghee-1 tsb, sugar-½ cup, water-2 cup and salt-pinch

    Steps to make Bajra Wheat Porridge:

    1. Dry roast bajra and wheat flour in a pan.

    2. In a pan, heat 2 cups of water and allow it to boil.

    3. Add roasted flour slowly to the boiling water and mix without lumps. Cook for 10 minutes on medium flame.

    4. Add ghee, salt, and sugar. Stir well.

    5. Mix well and switch off the flame.

    Serve hot.
