Sometimes it can feel like a herculean task to get your 6-month old to gobble up her fruits. Do not fret! Make things simple by whipping up our recipe for a delicious Banana Peanut Smash. Packed with loads of vitamins and minerals such as vitamin C, iron, potassium, and fibre, this is one fruit delight that your kid will just adore.

1 banana, ½ cup almonds, 2 cups milk, ½ cup peanuts, 2 tsp sugar
1. Chop all the nuts and banana.
2. Put the chopped ingredients in a blender. Add milk and sugar.
3. Blend into a smooth shake. Serve chilled.
