    Ingredients to make Bengali Style Aloo Bhorta:

    1 cup boiled, peeled and mashed potato, 1 tsp sesame oil, ½ tsp. mustard seeds, ¼ tsp pepper powder and salt to taste.

    Steps to make Bengali Style Aloo Bhorta:

    1. Heat sesame oil in a wide pan and add mustard seeds and when it sputters, switch off the flame and add mashed potato, pepper and salt.

    2. Mix them all together well.
