Using the regular idli batter, you can prepare quick and tasty coconut dosa. The batter has rice and urad dal grounded, which has valuable carbohydrates and protein while coconut has vital vitamin and minerals like vitamin C, calcium, iron. Coconut dosa tastes delicious.

1.5 cups idli batter, ½ cup grated coconut, salt as required
1. To the idli batter, add grated coconut and salt as needed. Please note the idli batter already has salt mixed
2. Take a tawa and heat it. Pour a ladle of coconut- idli batter on the tawa and spread it evenly.
3. Pour one tsp oil over the dosa. Flip on the other side, when one side turns crisp and light brown.
Yummy coconut dosas are ready to enjoy.
