What can be better than this on a winter night? This is light in looks but heavy and healthy in its taste. You can have this dish called Creamy Broth with some bread, and boost your vitamin quotient. You can also put your favourite vegetables in this.

1/2 chopped onion, 2 cups chopped vegetables as per your choice, 2 spoon butter, 2 spoon pepper, ¾ th cup cream
1. Heat the pan and melt the butter, then put the onion.
2. Add a pinch of salt with all the vegetables.
3. If you want give ½ cup of water and let them to be cooked.
4. Then put pepper and cream stir it continuously for 2 minutes.
5. Turn off the gas. Serve it in a bowl.
Enjoy this yummy creamy broth with a smile!
