Feeling like having something new, tasty and different. These delicious Date Laddoos are the perfect snack! Dates are loaded with valuable minerals, such as, calcium and iron, and also contain essential vitamins and fiber.

Ingredients to make Date Laddoos:
1 cup seedless dates, 1 tbsp ghee, ½ cup almonds chopped, ½ cup cashews chopped, ¼ cup dry coconut chopped
Steps to make Date Laddoos:
1. Blend dates to a coarse paste without adding any water. Keep aside.
2. In a large pan, heat 1 tbsp ghee and add almonds, cashew and coconut. Roast on low flame for 5 minutes till nuts turn crunchy.
3. Add in crushed dates and mix well.
4. Continue to fry on medium flame till the dates start releasing oil.
5. Turn off the flame and allow to cool for a minute or 5.
6. Make laddoos from the hot mixture and serve.
