This drink proves to be a great source of minerals especially during summers, to prevent dehydration in your little one. Due to the high content of minerals and iron, babies tend to feel fresh and energetic.

Contents
4-8 pieces - dates, 1 cup water, sweetener-if required, soak 2-3 dry dates in 120 ml of water
1. Clean and wash the dates properly as a lot of debris can be settled on it.
2. Break open the dates and remove the seeds from them.
3. Bring 1 cup of water to boil and close the flam thereafter, then put the dates in them and let them soak and swell for at least 4 hours. They will swell up and become soft.
