Rice, soy milk, soy curd, dry fruits (almonds, walnuts, pistachios, apricots)
1. Wash and cook rice in sufficient water and keep side.
2. In a bowl, whisk soymilk and soy curd to get a smooth texture. Add the cooked rice to this.
3. Add salt and the chopped dry fruits to the curd rice, mix well.
Serve cold or at room temperature.
