Ragi is rich in calcium and has a high fibre content. With idli and urad dal, you can make nutritious easy ragi dosa. Rice is a good source of carbohydrates while urad dal gives protein. This dosa is ideal as a breakfast or evening snack.

Contents
1 cup idli rice, 2 cups ragi sprouted flour, 2 cups urad dal, salt as required
1. Wash and soak the rice and urad dal separately.
2. Grind them individually to a smooth batter.
3. Mix both the batters. Add the ragi sprouted flour and salt to the batter. Give a good mix and allow the batter to ferment for 6-8 hours.
4. On a hot tawa, take a spoonful of batter and spread evenly. Drizzle oil on sides and top. Once one side turns golden brown, flip and cook the other side too.
Easy Ragi Dosa is ready. Remove and serve warm.
