Godhi Nucchu is a healthy South Indian dish that gives your child essential carbohydrates and proteins. It is not spicy at all, so your kid can have it without any issues and it gives the original flavour of every ingredient that it contains.

    Ingredients to make Godhi Nucchu:

    2 cup broken wheat, 1 carrot, 1 onion, salt as per taste, oil as required, ¼ cup chopped coriander, 4 cups water

    Steps to make Godhi Nucchu:

    1. Fry the broken wheat in a pan lightly and keep it aside.

    2. Then boil it with water and salt

    3. In another pan heat oil and put the onions.

    4. After the onion becomes golden, add salt. Then add carrot until it is cooked.

    5. Next, add the boiled broken wheat into it.

    6. Keep it on the gas for 2 minutes.

    7. Then sprinkle coriander and serve it in a bowl.

    Your child would love this healthy traditional meal for sure!
