Being different from the regular coriander chutney, this will give you a sweet and tangy flavor with sev and jaggery. It is healthy and can be used a dip with chips, pakoras, paranthas and rice as well.

Contents
1 cup chopped coriander leaves, 2 green chiles, salt to taste, 1/4 tsp oil, ½ tsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp sev, 1 tsp jaggery, 2 pods of garlic
1. In a blender, put green chiles, sev, and garlic together. Blend well.
2. Now add coriander leaves, salt, jaggery, lime juice, oil and blend well.
3. Take it out when you get a smooth texture and store it in a container.
4. Put it in the refrigerator so that it tastes fine for 3-4 days.
Serve it with snacks or with parantha.
