This is a healthy and delicious flat bread that is made of from green moong dal. This is low in fat and high in fibre. It is packed with protein and low carbs. It is one of the best vegetarian superfoods to be healthy.

½ cup Green Moong Beans, ½ cup rice flour, 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, salt to taste, ¼ cup chopped onion, 2 tsp. ghee, water as required
1. Dry grind the moong dal to a coarse mixture in a blender.
2. Soak the mixture in water for 4 hours and strain water.
3. Take a bowl add moong dal, rice flour, onions, and salt.
4. Mix nicely and knead to make slightly stiff dough using little water.
5. Divide the dough into portion and dust some flour and roll into parathas.
6. Heat pan, and place the parathas and cook it on both the sides using ghee on slow flame for few minutes till they turn golden in colour.
Prepare this recipe today delightfully and serve joyfully.
