Wondering what to serve as a healthy tiffin snack? Make these nutritious Oats Rava Idli, loaded with carbohydrates, calcium.

1/2 cup oats (powdered), 1/2 cup rava, 1/2 cup fresh curds, 2 tsp ghee, 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp asafoetida, 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander, salt to taste
1. Combine the oats, rava, curds and ¾ cup of water in a deep bowl and mix well. Cover and keep aside for 30 minutes.
2. Heat the ghee in a small non-stick pan and add the mustard seeds.
3. When the seeds crackle, add the cumin seeds and asafoetida and sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds.
4. Add this tempering and the remaining ingredients, to the prepared oats-semolina batter and mix well.
5. Put a little batter into greased idli moulds and steam for 7-8 minutes or till the idlis are cooked.
6. Serve with sambhar and coconut chutney.
