High protein crepe is easy to prepare and needs no fermentation. This dosa is prepared with mixed dals, which are very good for kids and adults as these provide a good amount of proteins and minerals essential for growth. These multi dals are a good source of protein, essential amino acids, potassium, iron, vitamins, and fiber.

¼ cup Urad Dal, ¼ cup toor dal, ¼ cup Channa Dal, ¼ cup masoor dal (lentil), ¼ cup moong dal, required Water, 2 tbsp. rice flour, 2 tbsp rava, oil, salt to taste, pinch of turmeric and asafoetida
Preparation of batter:
1. Wash and soak the lentils overnight or for 4 hours.
2. Drain the water completely and add them to a blender jar.
3. Blend them to smooth batter by adding little water.
4. Mix the rice flour and the rava to the batter.
5. For crisp dosas, add less water and for soft dosas add more water while blending.
6. Add salt to taste, turmeric and asafoetida.
Making High Protein Crepe:
1. Heat a pan and grease it with oil.
2. Pour a ladle of the batter in the center and spread it quickly to a thin dosa.
3. Drizzle some oil around the edges and in the center of the dosa.
4. When the dosa is cooked flip it and cook the other side.
5. Remove the crisp dosa to the plate.
Serve it hot with a tangy chutney. It is advisable to have it from the pan to plate.
