2 tbsp moong dal, 1 cup water, a pinch of turmeric
Steps to make Lentil Soup:
1. Wash and rinse moong dal very well.
2. Add dal and turmeric in a pressure cooker and cook it for 2 whistles.
3. Once cooked, mash the dal. Add more water if required and bring to boil again.
