Veggies have a truckload of nutritional benefits. This is why you should most certainly give this recipe a try. This simple mash is easy to make and digest.

Contents
Vegetables of your choice, cooked rice, garlic paste, water, salt to taste
1. Wash and clean all the vegetables.
2. Chop into small pieces and cook in a pressure cooker for 7-10 minutes.
3. In a blender, puree the cooked vegetables with cooked rice.
4. Add garlic paste (a pinch), and salt to taste.
Serve hot!
