Mixed Dal Dosa, as the name suggests, is prepared with mixed lentils and is very healthy and tasty. The dals are rich in proteins and provides other essential nutrients to your child.

Contents
½ cup yellow moong dal, ½ cup green gram dal, ½ cup urad dal, salt, 1 chopped onion, coriander leaves
1. Wash all the dals properly and soak them in water overnight.
2. Drain the water completely and add it to blender to make a smooth paste.
3. Add water and blend to make smooth batter. Add salt and mix well.
4. Grease a dosa pan and heat it on medium flame.
5. Pour a ladle full of batter over it and spread it in circular shape evenly.
6. Sprinkle chopped onion and coriander leaves and dab gently.
6. When the dosa is cooked, the edges will start leaving the pan.
7. Flip the dosa and cook it from other side.
Serve immediately with green and coconut chutney.
