Multi Vitamin Crepe

This is an instant dosa preparation without soaking any dals and is commonly known as a Multi-Vitamin Crepe or All Mix Dosa! Though it is very simple and quick, it has lots of nutritional values of rich iron, calcium, vitamins A, C and B6, protein, phosphorus, magnesium and potassium.

Ingredients to make Multi Vitamin Crepe:

1 cup oats powder, 1 cup roasted rava, 1 cup besan powder, ½ cup rice flour, oil and water as required, salt to taste, ½ tsp of roasted cumin powder and pepper powder.

Steps to make Multi Vitamin Crepe:

1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and prepare a batter adding water and mixing it to thin consistency

2. Heat a pan and grease it with oil.

3. Take a ladle full of the batter and pour on the heated pan from above 3-4 inch height on in a circular motion starting from edge to the centre.

4. Pour the batter until the centre is covered.

5. Maintain some holes here and there for steam to escape and make the crepe crispy.

6. Drizzle some oil around the edges and in the center of the dosa.

7. When the dosa is cooked flip it and cook the other side.

8. Remove the crisp dosa to the plate.

Serve it hot with favourite chutney. It is advisable to eat it from the pan to plate. This is a pretty easy recipe to try for today’s breakfast. Serve a kickstart breakfast.
