    Ingredients to make Mixed Ganji:

    2 tbsp of rice flour, 2 tbsp of wheat flour, water as required

    Steps to make Mixed Ganji:

    1. In a pan, dry roast the rice flour and wheat flour for about 5 mins on a medium flame.

    2. Once the flours turn light brown, add boiling water carefully and keep mixing till the flours get incorporated well and no lumps are there.
