You need a constant supply of nutritious and filling food. These Ragi Rotis are the perfect dish as they are packed with protein and carbohydrates.



    Ingredients to make Ragi Roti:

    Wheat Flour 1 cup, Ragi 1/2 cup, Salt to taste, Ajwain 1 tsp, Oil 2 tsp, Warm water as needed

    Steps to make Ragi Roti:

    1. Dry roast ragi flour till a toasty aroma comes from it. Set aside to cool.

    2. Mix wheat flour, ragi, salt and ajwain. Add oil and mix well.

    3. Add warm water and knead to a soft dough. Set aside for 30 mins.

    4. Roll small rotis and cook on a hot tava till done on both sides. Apply oil as needed. Serve hot.
