Have you ever tried this red looking kheer? It contains milk, which is a good source of calcium. Pomegranate aids digestion, as it contains adequate amounts of fiber and helps boosting immunity because of the vitamin C present in it.

    Ingredients to make Pomegranate Kheer (1 serving):

    Pomegrante-100gms, milk -150ml, sugar -20gms

    Steps to make Pomegranate Kheer:

    1. Boil milk and keep it aside.

    2. In a blender, blend pomegranate thoroughly, strain the pomegranates and keep it aside.

    3. Add the pomegranate mixture and cook thoroughly. Once cooked, add remaining portion of milk add sugar and mix well.

    4. Garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios
