Yummy Potato Halwa is truly an awesome sweet dish made from grated potatoes, milk, ghee, and khoya. This halwa is rich in carbohydrates, calcium and antioxidants from dry fruits and your child would love it.

Contents
Boiled and mashed 4-5 potatoes, ½ cup sugar, 1 cup milk, 2 tbsp ghee, 1/4th cup khova, nuts
1. Put ghee in kadhai; add potatoes and fry them while stirring continuously.
2. Add milk and sugar. Stir halwa continuously.
3. Once it forms a mass and starts leaving the sides of kadai; add khova. Mix well.
Garnish it with nuts and serve warm.
